Pilot Lite CEO to speak at IFE

Mike Anstey, Pilot Lite CEO, has been tapped to speak at the International Food & Drink Manufacturers event in London. He and his co-panelists will address the topic 'Buy or build? Where next for NPD innovation?' on Weds 23 March at 11:15 GMT.
As Executive Director and Co-Founder of Simply Roasted, Mike established the manufacturing line for the award-winning potato crisps that are now for sale online and in UK retail stores. The premium crisps, which will also be served aboard Virgin Atlantic flights, bridge the gap between traditional crisps and better-for-you options. To achieve their great taste with low calories, fat and salt, Simply Roasted crisps are made using a roasting technology developed over 10 years with £20 million.
